Complete Screening, Grit and Fat, Oil & Grease Separators

The MAIND TOP Range of combined treatment systems integrates screenings, grit and FOG (Fats, Oils & Grease) removal all within one unit.
TOP-range combined units are supplied as complete package units with stainless-steel tank. Screenings compaction of around 40% DS or greater can be achieved. Continuous bagging systems are available together with screenings wash facility for removing organic semi-solids from the screenings. The screened effluent discharges to a hopper section where grit and sand settlement is induced assisted by air-mixing. The grit is then conveyed to a grit classifier and can be further washed prior to dewatering and disposal into a container. Air-mixing in the hopper enhances FOG removal which can be drawn off and disposed of into a separate container.
TOP 2 Range: Screenings and Grit/ Sand removal.
TOP 3 Range: Screenings, Grit/ Sand and FOG removal.
TOP Range: TOP 2/3 15, 30, 45, 60, 80, 100, 150 & 200
Flows: Smallest unit ≤ 15 l/s, largest unit ≤ 350 l/s

"Probably the smallest low-cost combined system available on today's market" The MAIND MinyTOP incorporates Screening, Grit Separation and FOG (Fats, Oils & Grease) removal all within one unit. It can be applied to treat waste water from small communities, industrial effluents or from processing plant discharges.
MinyTOP 2: Screenings and Grit/Sand removal
MinyTOP 3 Screenings, Grit/Sand and FOG removal
Flows: ≤ 6 l/s

Combined Screening and Grit Separators

An alternative to the TOP 2 range, the M/2 range includes systems with lower flow capacities. Screenings compaction of around 40% DS or greater can be achieved. Continuous bagging systems are available together with screenings wash facility. Screened effluent discharges to the grit classifier and can be further washed prior to dewatering and disposal into a container. The inlet can be fitted with a Bauer quick-release coupling to receive effluent from a tanker.
M/2 Range: Screenings and Grit/ Sand removal.
TOP Range: M/2 30, 50, 80 & 100
Flows: Smallest unit ≤ 8 l/s, largest unit ≤ 27 l/s
